Returns & Exchanges

The Nine Inch Nails Official Store accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that certain limited edition items, vinyl, and media are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
